He has experience in investigation of carriers’ and public liability claims and marine cargo transit damage and mysterious losses, and has assessed and settled marine cargo claims and recovery actions on behalf of cargo underwriters. In addition to the surveying, loss adjusting and investigation works, Zennon has been involved in management and training of surveyors, giving seminars to institutes, universities, conferences and forums as speakers, facilitator and part-time lecturer including - Part-time Lecturer of Vocational Training Council (2000 to 2003) - Hong Kong Centre for Transport & Logistics (2000 to 2003) - The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2000 - City University of Hong Kong in 2000 - Federation of Hong Kong Industries in 2002 - The Hong Kong Federation of Insurers in 2003 - Asian Marine Insurance & Surveying Forum in Singapore and Shekou, P.R.
