1. Seats are available on a first-come-first-served basis.
2. 0.5 CPD hour will be deducted for absence more than 15 minutes, no CPD Certificate for absence more than 30 minutes.
3. Identity Verification is required before the class.
4. Participants should show their faces throughout the courses and attend the webinar in an indoor venue with a fixed seat.
5. No Refund and Non-transferable.
6. E-CPD Certificate will be issued by ICAC within 14 days and PIBA will send to participants by email.
7. Participants who have attended the ICAC seminar on 14 December 2023, the CPD hours will NOT be double-counted.
8. No-shows will be blacklisted and not be allowed to join our CPD courses for the next 6 months. Please notify us asap if you are not available.
