1.       For IA CPD Hours, 0.5 CPD hour will be deducted for late, early leave & absence more than 15 minutes, no CPD Certificate for late, early leave & absence more than 30 minutes.

2.       For MPFA CPD Core Credits, no CPD Certificate for late, early leave & absence for more than 15 minutes.

3.       Identity Verification is required before the class.

4.       Participants should show their face throughout the courses and attend the webinar in an indoor venue with a fixed seat.

5.       Registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

6.       Digital CPD Certificate will be issued to eligible participants within 21 days after the course.
